The Chicago native began vacationing on Sanibel in the late 1970s and was always drawn back to its natural beauty and casual atmosphere. He spent many professional years in accounting and finance, including being self-employed in the Chicago finance district.
“Sanibel became my full-time home in 2000 and I became a Realtor, specializing in island properties,” says Chuck. “Since I have been an owner of several island properties throughout the years, I use my expertise in renovation and remodeling to add a unique dimension for my clients.”
In 2014, Chuck was honored with the RE/MAX “Above the Crowd” award, which is presented to just three individuals chosen from more than 5,000 RE/MAX associates who exhibit high standards of professionalism within the real estate industry and show a commitment to their community.
“Community involvement is a passion of mine,” says Chuck.
He faithfully supports the social services non-profit F.I.S.H. OF SANCAP through its food pantry, Thanksgiving program and as an annual sponsor of the Go F.I.S.H. Gala. He serves on the advisory council for The Sanibel School, the Sanibel-Captiva Heart Walk committee and the endowment board for Gulf Coast Symphony.
Chuck is a member of the Sanibel Captiva Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the national Association of Realtors. He brings energy, knowledge and proficiency that provides a positive experience for his clients and prospective buyers.
Chuck continues to enjoy the island’s magic and share his enthusiasm with his clients.
